Children aged 3 - 5 years are invited to practice yoga poses, stretch, breathe and relax! This class is meant to be a fun and lighthearted experience in movement and mindfulness. 

Participants should bring a yoga mat and prepare to be barefoot.

When you sign up, you are committing to all three sessions, so be sure that your schedule allows for attendance each week.

Siblings may not participate.
