Kids Mindful Movement

Kids entering Kindergarten through third Grade are invited to sign up for this 30 minute Mindful Movement class. We will practice yoga poses, wiggle, stretch, breathe and relax! This class is meant to be a fun and lighthearted experience in movement and mindfulness.
Participants should bring a yoga mat and prepare to be barefoot.
Siblings may not participate.
