FlowArt is guided art meditation designed to help you achieve a calming flow state. Each scene is thoughtfully crafted to encourage repetitive, relaxing movements, promoting mindfulness and reducing stress.

No experience necessary. All supplies provided. Ages 18 and up. Registration required.
