Registration for May classes starts on the first April class April 2 at 10am and runs until 5/7 or until full. Go to 5/7 class to register.  

East Fishkill resident Brigitta Mueller leads this weekly stretch class. The class is recommended for seniors but all adults can participate. Chairs are used for support and security. The class is designed to gain flexibility, muscle strength, coordination, and balance, all important elements for a safe and independent lifestyle.

 Participants should wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for exercise and movement and bring light weights to the class. 

This series is limited to 23 participants and registration is required. Priority is given to East Fishkill residents. Sign up is for one month at a time and you will be registered for all classes of the month.
