Bring your devices and your questions - our Library Assistant, Alexi, will be on hand to work with you regarding tech issues every Thursday!

Tech Help is drop-in; first-come, first serve with 20 minute help. Make sure your devices are charged and bring usernames/passwords and power cords/adapters. 

Ask about:

• Hoopla

• Libby

• Library databases

• Using Library computers

• Print/scan/copy help

• Email setup/basics

• Computer/smartphone/tablet basics

• Microsoft Office basics

 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We are unable to help with:

• Financial/legal/medical transactions

• Filling in online forms

• Recommending products/services

• Physical repairs to devices

• Interactions with 3rd parties

• Device setups “out of the box”
