Yoga for harmony of body and mind - On the second Saturday of each month from 10:30 – 11:30AM, join Elaine Corrêa to practice yoga. The classes will include asanas sequences, breathing and relaxation techniques, and meditation guided. All levels welcome. Bring your yoga mat, a small blanket and wear comfortable clothing.

Elaine Corrêa has been practicing and teaching Satyananda Yoga since 2019. She received her teacher certificate in Hatha and Raja Yoga from Dharmavanda Saraswati in Brazil. Elaine has also dedicated her life to scientific research in conservation of biodiversity.
