Fabric stashes and remnants from past projects are an important component of all sewers creativity ... they are the "paint" we use to create. The theme for the July Sew Hip meeting will be "Stash-Busting Projects and Ideas". Included in the meeting will be a discussion on how to organize fabric stashes and remnants and how to mix and use fabric creatively to make small items and accessories. We will also have a fabric remnants "swap", so bring along whatever smallish pieces of fabric you'd like to trade. The Sew Hip sewing group meets every first Saturday of the month to work on casual, everyday clothing and accessories.
